MAMELT - R&D project

TTG MAMELT is hand held data collection device. MAMELT is able to collect all kind of the personnel information including finger prints. MAMELT also has a smart card reader/writer to secure applications. Biometric identification, fingerprint sensor, is another component of MAMELT to collect and authenticate personnel information. Collected data on MAMELT can be transferred to M-MAS/C-CAS by using smart media or RS232 components of MAMELT. MAMELT developed in MRC (Marmara Research Center)-ITRI (Information Technologies Research Institute) of TUBITAK (the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey). This version of MAMELT has been designed for TTG’s requirements.

TTG’s MAMELT The first mobile (GSM/GPRS), hand-held device available with multiple options, for personal data collection solutions. MAMELT able collect all kind of the personnel information including fingerprint. MAMELT is also able to read all type of smart ID cards. All the data collected by MAMELT can be down loaded to M-MAS/C-CAS for archiving and further analysis. MAMELT delivers maximum performance and reliability in a lightweight and extremely rugged design that’s easy to carry around.
