Map Based Visualization

SxQM’s reporting output includes the option to view any KPI or set of KPIs instantly on the map. Agent tracking is also available on the map view with all subscriber events. All network events including failures related to selected agent summarized and display on left side menu. MSISDN, cell based filters, event type, device type can easily be filtered to display the collected data at a desired period of time. Users can also follow the events of other networks including foreign countries and make the visual benchmarking with the local network.

Coverage Map

SxQM provides basic coverage map based on the signal level received from measurements of the agents which can be used to pinpoint the exact location of the poor coverage. SxQM collects signal level measurements of all the agents and by using an algorithm, it places the average coverage value in to the map.

Neighbor analysis

SxQM map interface allows customers to make detailed problem analysis by using neighbor relations. Also helps planners to arrange neighbor definitions. Cell locations and neighbor definitions are collected from the third party applications, correlated with network performance data which are collected from the user agents and shown in the SxQM map interface.

User Tracking

SxQM helps to find out the exact point of network failures such as dropped calls, Handover failures, coverage, etc. Customer complaints about the unsuccessful calls can be easily tracked and solved by using the call tracking feature.

Device Testing

SxQM’s capability to report on a per device, OS and manufacturer basis allows network operators to understand Qos pre and post deployment and identify any underperforming devices or OS release issue quickly and easily. All software versions of Blackberry and Android phones are supported by SxQM.
