What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide information and technical support to enterprise users and business partners about our ITIM and ITSM solutions.
  • Organize and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate the capabilities of our technologies.
  • Act as a bridge between market requirements, forecasts, and development teams to ensure product alignment and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Manager to prioritize projects and strategies for market expansion.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring or IT Service Management.
  • Experience with platforms like ManageEngine, PRTG, SolarWinds, or Zabbix.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs in the ITIM and ITSM markets.
  • Ability to travel and work in a hybrid setup from our Istanbul office.
  • B2 level English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in providing pre-sales technical support.
