NORTH-I to Cover DWDM Network

TG announced today that Vodafone Turkey has decided to expand the existing NORTH-I/ABID system to collect performance data from its DWDM network. The system will collect performance data from the accepted industry-standard KPIs into the AI based NORTH-I/ABID system. CTO of TTG International LTD, Mehmet Beyaz, said “The NORTH-I/ABID ability to provided fast, accurate reports on the network’s operation, optimization and performance and forecast traffic/data volumes were key factors in Vodafone Turkey’s technology choice”.

The AI Based NORTH-I/ABID manages network parameters, performance statistics collected from Core, Radio Access, IMS, Backhaul and other network elements. It stores the large volume of configuration and performance measurement data collected from networks and provides daily, weekly and monthly reports, graphs and dashboard, AI based anomaly detection and correlation  on a wide range of operating parameters (such as traffic, data, dropped and blocked calls, handover attempts and failures, grade of service, etc.).
